Online Services / Delivery Policies:

• Cash on delivery available only for Dhaka.
• Emergency deliveries over 5,000 BDT. Deliveries will be done all over Bangladesh as per costumers’ directions. [No cancellations]
• For outside Dhaka, the customers need to pay the full amount including delivery charges before head via Bkash / bank payment. Outside Dhaka we are including areas: Turag,Demra, Keraniganj, Gazipur, Kamrangirchor, Tongi , beraid & Narayangonj.
• For outside Dhaka: You must clearly mention your sundarban courier branch name as the deliveries will be done via Sundarban Courier ,as we only use this courier for outside Dhaka. [No cancellations]
• Deliveries will be conducted within 2 to 10 days. [Might get changed due to special stock ins]
• Bkash/ Bank payment can be done also for customers inside Dhaka. [No cancellations]
• Deliveries will be done by first come first serve basis.
• As we will be using third party for delivering your products, some unwanted situations might occur. We will be expecting the customers to co-operate.
• If you face any difficulties with your delivery men while receiving your packages you must file complain immediately at our Facebook page or via email or complain box with proper evidence. We will be immediately taking actions and notify the delivery company.
